While reading Neil Gaiman's
), I found a link to a person who made a cake in the shape of a thoracic cavity
including a ribcage made from white chocolate. Some of the quotes are wonderful:
I had problems with the liver from the moment I tried to take it out of the cake tin.
and when talking about the ribcage:
I say if you're going to make an edible, anatomically correct chest cavity dessert tray, you might as well do it right!
While I enjoy baking, I don't have patience or the artistic skill to do anything like this.
