I went to breakfast this morning with reveilles
to the North Hadley Sugar Shack
. I had a waffle that came served with maple syrup made on the premises. Yum!
blueberry pancakes with 100% maple syrup...
I liked the wall display where they had a row of bottles lined up:

i actually forewent (??) chocolate chip pancakes
oh i think you forgot Log Cabin unless Log Cabin was Vermont Maple because the Log Cabin was 2 %

I think Vermont Maple was 0% and Log Cabin was 2%. I knew missed one of them in there. :)
Do you know how angry I was when we went to Nova Scotia last year, which is ground-zero for maple syrup, and they served margarine and Log Cabin with my flapjacks?!
That is so wrong. Still, even in my part of MA where fresh maple syrup can be easily obtained, most restaurants don't want to pay the cost to serve it. Some have it as an option that you pay extra for.
